Terrell ISD District Goals
The 2007-2011 Strategic Plan was developed in Spring
2007 by a team of thirty members from the community,
parents, business owners, and school personnel.
The original plan consists of five goals and are
displayed below. The plan is reviewed annually by the
original SPT members.

will develop and institute a variety of career development
programs, in cooperation with the community, that will
provide opportunities for students to graduate with skills
that can lead directly to specific certifications.
ØWe
will provide district resources to ensure a safe
environment.
ØWe
will challenge our students to exceed all measures
of achievement.
ØWe
will create a positive culture that encourages retention
of high quality teachers. Ø
We will emphasize the importance of ethical and
responsible behavior through mutual respect and parent and
community involvement.
