and career planning all in one centralized location
that’s easy to use. From student portfolio
development to interactive planning, Texas College &
Career is a must have tool for all Texas secondary
students, parents, and educators.
Texas College & Career will target an increase in
the rate of K12 students transitioning to
postsecondary education, and includes unique
resources designed especially for students who are
more at-risk (such as foster care youth and English
language learners).

focused to grades 6-12, key milestone reminders, and
