Terrell ISD Excellence Foundation in honor of someone
special. Teachers and staff around Terrell ISD have all
seen the excitement building around the Foundation and
more and more teachers are applying for grants themselves. |
Congratulations to the
TISD staff and students listed below who won grant awards
for the Winter-Spring 2012 term. The Foundation Board
wants to convey sincere appreciation to all who made
application for grants in October on behalf of our
students. Without a doubt, this year's applications were
the best in the foundation's thee-year history.
Competition for the grants was very strong, and that made
the selection process a very difficult one. From the 20
grant applications, the Foundation board selected 2
students and 6 staff members for grants that totaled more
than $40,000.
